In the past six months, we have been working hard to improve our internal policies and procedures so that as we grow we can consistently deliver the same high-quality service to each and every one of our clients. We are delighted to announce that we have successfully been certified against the IASME Governance Standard to GOLD level. Now our targets are set on a new certification- ISO 27001.
IASME is one of just five companies appointed as Accreditation Bodies for assessing and certifying against the UK Government’s Cyber Essentials Scheme, The IASME Governance standard, based on international best practice, is risk-based and includes aspects such as physical security, staff awareness, data backup, a Cyber Essentials assessment and GDPR best practices, the IASME standard was recently recognised as the best cyber security standard for small companies by the UK Government when in consultation with trade associations and industry groups.
With this certification we are showing to all current and prospective customers that they can put their trust in us to deal with their requirements by using secure, industry recognised best practices.
But we’re not stopping there! We feel that IASME Gold is just the first step, we have recently started our journey to ISO 27001 certification, this will allow us to refine our policies and procedures further and help to deliver on our promise to be “Specialists in Workplace Technology”
