A roundup of 2018… and our 20th anniversary!
Christmas is nearly upon us and the year is ending, with that we thought we would give you an insight into our 2018.
First up, through lots of hard work and expert knowledge from the team:
We were made WatchGuard Gold and Microsoft Silver Small to mid-cloud and Microsoft Silver Data center partners
We had the fantastic achievement of becoming IASME Gold certified and Cyber Essentials plus accredited, and on top of that our engineer Tony passing CE, CE+ and IASME Gold certifications to become a qualified assessor and Tony and Phil achieving IASME auditing status so that we can offer these services to you.
We were pleased to announce that our 3rd line engineer Steve was promoted to ‘Service desk manager’ he is doing a fantastic job!
We have welcomed new team members Laura, Jake, Phil, Clive and Max who have brought new skills, enthusiasm and a wealth of knowledge.
With the ups must come some downs though. There have been more family matters this year, lots of bugs, sickness and unfortunately long term illness, which has also led to the missing piece on our help desk (for now), our 1st line engineer Tom who is thankfully recovering but has been missed immensely. We hope that he will be back as part of the team again soon.

A lot has changed in 20 years and the company has expanded, but one thing is for sure we will still give you the same level of care and service as we did back in 1998.
As a team we are proud that we have all pulled together, learned some lessons (as we always do) and we are confident that 2019 as our 20th year of business will be our best year yet.
