This particular client operates an agile work force, and this solution operates whenever they have an internet connection meaning calls can be handled in the office, at home or even at court in exactly the same way – making it flexible and easy for the users.
SoGea and PhoneLine+ – Retail company
A couple of new products here, so to explain SoGea stands for Single Order Generic Ethernet Access and lets customers have broadband without a voice line. Historically a phone line was always required for broadband however with the 2025 switch off looming SoGea offers the route to move from the old network to the new, the product can offer savings as no voice line is required as well as a more stable service as the cable does not have to be shared between voice and data.
Phone Line+ is our new phone line replacement service, With analogue phone lines being switched off in 2025 and the recent launch of SOGEA, small businesses will need to find an alternative product which is simple to use, only has the essential features that they will need, and is priced accordingly.
This particular client has several branches around the midlands and the first store we converted is on Church Street in the Centre of Birmingham. The new system offers savings for the client compared to having separate phone lines and broadband, as well as greater flexibility for their calling.
Role out of Develop Photocopiers and Printers – Recruitment company
The print team are rolling out new copiers and printers for a recruitment company located in the Jewellery Quarter as part of a Managed Print Service. The new Managed Print Service will offer savings for the client compared to their previous print solution, as well as removing the burden and time overhead of managing toners and repairs as this is now all done by the Team at Solutions. The Develop machines are market-leading offering advanced and innovative print and copy devices from desktop mono printers through to professional production print systems.

With Cyber Security month now behind us, it’s no wonder we have some Cyber Essentials Audits being done by the Security Team, this audit is for a client who operates in the utilities sector. Cyber Essentials is a government-backed, industry-supported scheme to help organisations protect themselves against common online threats.
