Bolt-on for Teams Phone with Calling Plan adding 600 international minutes in 196 countries/regions.

120 Mins of calling in the country/region where you are assigned in Microsoft 365.

  • Microsoft 365 Domestic Calling Plan (240 min)

240 Mins of calling in the country/region where you are assigned in Microsoft 365.

Microsoft Teams Phone with Calling Plan

This includes the Teams Phone Standard Licence and 3000 minutes of calling in the country/region where you are assigned in Microsoft 365.

Microsoft 365 International Calling Plan

This is a bolt on licence for the above, to use it you need Teams Phone standard with domestic calling, at which point the add on gives you 600 minutes of international calls in in 196 countries/regions. Note this is more cost effective than getting a Teams Phone Standard Licence and then using the Microsoft 365 Domestic and International Calling Plan.

Microsoft 365 Domestic Calling Plan (120 min)

To use this you need the Teams Phone Standard Licence at £6, at which point you can add this giving you 120 minutes of calling in the country/region where you are assigned in Microsoft 365.

Microsoft 365 Domestic Calling Plan (240 min)

To use this you need the Teams Phone Standard Licence at £6, at which point you can add this giving you 240 minutes of calling in the country/region where you are assigned in Microsoft 365.

Microsoft 365 Domestic and International Calling Plan

To use this you need the Teams Phone Standard Licence at £6, at which point you can add this giving you 3000 minutes of calling in the country/region where you are assigned in Microsoft 365 and 600 minutes of international calls in 196 countries/regions.

What’s not included in the Calling Plan Microsoft Pricing:

Your base licence/subscription to Microsoft 365 is not included in the price so to use these products you must already have a Microsoft 365 Subscription that includes teams or Teams Essentials with AAD. The price also doesn’t include any additional minutes, Additional minutes will be charged per minute using communications credits.

With Calling Plans in Microsoft 365, every user in your company must have a unique direct inward dial (DID) phone number and a corresponding validated emergency address. You can also specify an emergency location within the emergency address (e.g., an office number or floor number).

Included in Solutions Direct routing Calling Plan Cost is 2000 minutes per month to UK 01, 02, 03 numbers and 2000 minutes per month to UK mobiles (O2, Vodafone, EE, Three and Gamma Mobile). International numbers can be dialled if your security settings allow this – however these calls and premium rate numbers will be charged at a per minute rate.
